It depends in which tasteless protein it is. I just bought Any Whey Tasteless protein, and that one you can heat, bake, take with cold drinks and dissolve easily. Is wonderful and more that everything in soups never change the flavor. You should try it. The 1.35 pound can its around 25.99 and have for 30 scoops, of 20.4 g of protein, the 2.5 pound can its around 44 dollars. Good luck and God Bless. Ah by the way you can mix it with eggs for a rich protein scrambled eggs and I mix it with puddings and yogurts.

I also use Anywhey Tasteless protein and yes you can use it in hot things, cold things, bake with it, etc...it does disolve quite easily and adds very little to no taste (depending on what you add it to). However, double check the labels, one scoop only provides 17 g of protein. But I can't tolerate the regular protein powders, they are too sugary tasting. Good Luck!

I like to tell our customers that it is a protein, so if you put it in plain water, you would definitely taste it. But if you mix it in something like Crystal Light, especially the fruit flavors such as Sunrise Orange...Raspberry Ice...and similar flavors, you will either taste it just a little or not at all. It depends on the person. Does that help a little? Jerome UNJURY Protein

Leave the protein powder alone, you don't need it. You will not lose your weight with that on board. My surgeon forbids it, and in my case, it certainly paid off. I have lost 276 pounds. I know six people who did protein drinks three to four times a day, and they all lost about 114 pounds.

Proteins break down when heated. That's why you see and taste a difference in meat, for example, after you cook it. If you want to add protein powder to something hot, I suggest waiting 'til it cools down to a comfortable temperature for human consumption -- as others have suggested, below 130 degrees Farenheit.

This is to the person who is saying to stay away from protein. HaHa when you don't consume enough protein your body will start to take it from where ever it can and you will get serious problems like muscle wasting and hair loss! Do you have a but left? The problem with rapid wt loss is if you don't exercise cardio as well as weight bearing and toning you will end up like a hairless rat with no butt and a lot of sagging skin. My daughter who has not had wls and is 16 became a veggitarian and she started loosing her hair. this is a girl with a mane. about a year later she was getting real thin up top and we started using protein shakes and she is getting her hair back
