I take the Bariatric Advantage chewable multi-vitamins and the TwinLabs chewable calcium. Vitamins with morning and evening medicine, calcium 1/3 with morning meds, then a few hours later and a few hours after that. Iron with evening medicine (can't take calcium and iron together)

If you are a new RNY patient you either take chewable or liquid multi vitamins. I as lo take Calcet Citrate 3 X's a day, they are delicious!!! You can buy them from: http://www.celebratevitamins.com/ There are lots more vitamins you should be taking, I can't tell you what to take, you need to ask your Dr.

Also, if you are taking Synthroid make sure there is about 4 hours between taking that and taking a calcium pill. They don't act well together. I believe the calcium will wipe out the Synthroid.

I also take Bariatric Advantage. Calcium, Iron, Multi, B12/Folic Acid, Omega-3. I order directly from the company. If you go on an automatic renewal plan they never charge shipping and the price is a little less than other sites. Good luck.

Well, I forgot to tell you that in addition to the multi vitamin and calicum, I take a lot more vitamins, but you need to ask your Dr to see what he/she wants you to take. Remember you can't take calicum with iron/vitC together. You need to wait at least 2 hours before you take the iron/C combo.
