Anyone have Healthnet (HMO) and have tummy tuck approved

YES, my sister has. She has lost 135 or 140 pounds, she gets her tummy tuck and thigh lift in January and Healthnet HMO approved her with in an hour of getting the paper work. They will be doing both at the same time. So if you also need a high lift request it cause I do know they cover it also. STACEY

I have HMO Healthnet and my tummy tuck was covered but only from the belly button down. If she wants to have the top tightened too, I had to pay for that. Just have her check with the surgeons office. I hadn't heard about the thighs being covered through HMO.

I just got denied for a panni removal on December 27,05. They said the panni didnt hang low-enough. I filed an appeal the minute I was denied and now all I can do is wait. =( They said it'll take 3-4 weeks for an answer. Im s0 impatient!!! I want my panniculectomy NOW.
