Please check out the Plastic surgery Forum here at Obesity Help, Inc. Plus, I can't remember the ladies name, but go to My Gastric Bypass - One Woman's Story. There is a huge amount of info on this site www.mygastricbypass.com. I've just begun my plastic surgery journey. I had my WLS 2 years ago, March 2, 2004 and have lost over 195 pounds, am below my surgeons goal and my own goal I set 2 years ago. And I have maintained my current weight for over 7 months now. And never think you are wasting your time when dealing with insurance companies. It makes their jobs easier when we don't "keep after them". And just because one person that has the same insurance company as you gets denied, doesn't mean you will be denied. If you truly want it, go after it and give it all you've got. Good luck. Marlene
