has anyone been approved for plastic surgery with cigna ppo

CIGNA PPO was my secondary insurance provider when I had my tummy tuck and brachioplasty (armlift) procedure three years ago. At that time, they approved the surgeries, no questions asked. However, I think that many insurance companies are becoming more "resistant" to approving both WLS and reconstructive surgery. I was told by my CIGNA case manager that CIGNA coverage can vary widely from state to state, and employer to employer. Good luck!
