Can you have plastic surgery if you have liver disease?

In 2005 I was diagnosed with hep c genio type 1, inremission, i do not know why not I have been talking to my doc and my surgeon no one told me no they are talking a bout breast reduction and skin removal best of luck Tammi

I have fatty liver disease and had the RNY, during surgery I had a liver biposy which showed stage two liver fibrosys (sP?). I have since see a liver specialist at Duke who thinks My liver will improve with weight loss if nothing else it should slow the progression of the disease. It would depend on what kind a liver disease you have but regardless weight loss is very benifical to your liver and total health.
