What state and city? There is one in New York? Not enough info to help..

Rebecca- Dr Gagner is one of the best. He is very well known- formerly of NY Pres/ Cornell, he just moved to Miami Hospital. If you are considering the DS, he is very well known for doing it lap and he teaches other Drs in the US and abroad.
