Question:
Someone please give me a resource to locate local support groups for the DFW area?

There is a new support group starting in the DFW area. The first meeting is on October 21st at 7:00 PM at Methodist Hospital in Dallas. There is also a yahoo group, Dallasites, that meets in vsrious locations through the month. I believe they are also trying to organize a Christmas Party.

Hello. What part of Dallas are you in and who was your surgeon? I invite you to join [email protected]. We meet every other Saturday at the Starbucks at Abrams and Royal from 10-2. The next one will be the 25th. It is open to all patients of any surgeon. I also go to a really good group on the first and third Tuesdays at Lancaster Medical Center at 7:30 pm. Most of the folks are patients of Dr Idhe, Dr Leverton, and Dr Capehart but all are welcome. I will be there on the 21st and would love to meet you. Feel free to email me for more information.
