You can get samples a a great many protein supplements (and also test out various flavors) from Michelle Curran by contacting her web site www.vitalady.com.

You can get protein samples from Vitalady.com. You can get beautiful medic-alert bracelets from laurenshope.com They are a little pricey but I've seen 3 or 4 of them and they are quality. Mine says "Rny-gastric bypass. No blind NG tube- Use endoscopy"

Another site you can get samples from is www.wlssuccess.com I bought a whole bunch of samples from them and the shipping wasn't all that bad. I liked most of the ones I bought and intend to buy some fullsize soon. Good luck!!!

This is the first that I have heard of ID bracelets. Do we have to wear them?

You can always try the products at any GNC store - they offer a full refund if you don't like the product - I have returned items before, and never was hassled.

Try Real Meals. It is the best I have tried and has the most in it. Go to www.protein-solution.com I got an email that they have also lowered their shipping costs, and they have two pack samples.

Suzi, The others posts are so right about GNC, money back ! and that's great, they also have single serving packets that are cheap to try.... The ID braclet, I wear mine all the time... I bought mine online. I searched the internet and I'm sorry I can't remember the exact place, but it's pretty feminine, it's not gold it's silver.. It had the health sign on it allong with my full name on it in a cursive writing, on the flip side of it, It reads the follow: Gastric bypass no penicillion In case of emergency call xxx xxx-xxxx I have a fear that I will someday I will black out and faint, I'm still really light-headed at times..... so I joke with my husband that's it's my dog tag... Better safe then sorry... Post op almost 8 months down 110 pounds

Hi Suzi, Like others who have posted responses, I would recommend Vitalady.com for samples -- they have a great variety of brands, flavors, etc. You can also get liquid protein samples at Vita4Life.net. As far as the medical ID bracelets, they have some really pretty ones at Medic ID (http://www.medicid.com/index.htm). That is where I plan to get mine once I have surgery. Katherine
