Question:
Does anyone have a good no or low carb bread recipe?

I searched the library but was unable to find one. Has anyone tried making their own low carb bread, and how was it? I have a recipe from Dr Atkins but have not tried it yet.    — Sue B. (posted on October 23, 2001)

You might want to look at the old questions. There was a lady who tried KETO pizza dough and said it was good. It was at a healthfood store. They probably have other products that are the same brand. Hope this helps :)

As stated below, the keto-brand bread and pizza dough is great. I have bought both the pizza and reg. bread dough. Pizza dough takes less time to make than the reg. bread for some reason, though both are good. I tried Atkins, and it tasted like very dry corn bread to me. I made a pizza, and rolls with the other. Not exactly like reg. bread, but whats makes them good is that it comes with yeast, so it rises. I cant remember the website, but try looking under keto- bread, or low carb bread.

Dr. Atkins also has a pre made loaf of bread that is really good if toasted and used for tuna salad. I haven't tried it any other way.

Nature's Own has just come out with a Low Carb bread.. It is all wheat and really tastes the same. It is 7 carbs per slice which is 1/2 of regular bread.

Also, in addition to bread, I often wrap beans cheese, or a little lunch meat in a lo-carb tortilla that has only 3 carbs per serving. You can find them sometimes at stores, or order a bunch and freeze from LaTortilla Factory. Hope it helps
