Has anyone with BC/BS POS had a tummy tuck?

Do you know what the requirements are for a tummy tuck? Or how I could find out? I saw a previous question that said her insurance required her panni be mid thigh. Is this standard? Is there any way around that? Thanks for your imput!~~TTFN
