Partington, WA State, has anyone used him for panni or abdominal work?

I'm just wondering if anyone has used Dr. Marshall Partington in Renton, WA (state) for abdominal work or panni removal (or any other type of reconstructive work) and your opinion? Also was he successful getting your insurance to pay. Thanks,
