Anyone Know Dr. Steven Zax website? (Plastic surgeon)

I read the article in People Magazine on Carnie's Plastic surgery and wanted to check out her surgeon, Dr. Steven Zax. I put it in my search engine but came up with nothing. Any info would help, thanks missy
