Hi, I'd say don't be nervous but, heck, I was nervous! Of course it was for nothing (except I burned a few extra calories) because my surgery went just fine. I was sore mostly but, frankly my back hurt more than my incision... Anyway, remember to keep it positive. This means only positive people around you because, before surgery, it's hard not to be very sensitive to what people say. Negative people just don't have the facts. You will do great! I hope all your health and weight-loss dreams come true,
