Kim - I'm so glad that your surgery has gone so well and that you have not had any complications. This is a wonderful testimony to your doctor and to you. You are making it so much easier for those of us who are just starting the process by setting the example that you have set through knowledge, diet and exercise. I wish you the best as you journey towards the new healthier & slimmer you. Beth Davis

Best Wishes for a successful surgery and smooth recovery! Weigh to go! I just read another post from someone who just had surgery and the thing that hurts the most is their BACK. And it is PAINFUL, not just uncomfortable. THE LAST THING YOU NEED TO TELL YOUR SURGEON, BEFORE THEY PUT YOU UNDER, IS TO PUT SOMETHING UNDER YOUR KNEES TO TAKE THE PRESSURE OFF YOUR BACK!!! Time and time again folks are coming out of the O.R. and their back is killing them. It’s because you are lying flat on your back for hours on a hard surface. How long can you do that now? If the surgeon will just put a rolled up blanket under your knees this problem will be eliminated! Got It?... Good…. Problem solved. (Or at least talk it over with him/her).

Hi Kim, I want to thank you so much for posting on Jenn's progress. I feel like such a bad Angel, I had no idea when she gave me that 800# for the hospital that I would never be able to get through to them. I talked to Nate on the day of surgery, but didn't want to keep bothering him. Please tell Jenn for me that I am so pleased that she is up and around and ready to get home. I will email her as soon as she is back online. BIGGHUGGZZZZ
