Hi Belinda~ It is very normal to be nervous at this point. Everytime I started to think of something negative, I would close my eyes and picture a door slamming closed on the thought, and just stop thinking about it. It really works. I wish you the best for your surgery, recovery, and weight loss. Will pray for you. GOOD LUCK ~ Sandy
