Hi Susan. I am 3 mos. post op and had a recent weight gain also. Click on my name on your surgery page and you can read about it. I broke the plateau by drinking more water and eating ALMOST ALL protein. Keep the faith, I was angry and frustrated and thought I was such a failure but the weight loss has resumed. Take Care of Yourself.

I find I now look to sit in chairs with arms-something I would avoid at all costs a year ago. It's the little things in life that bring the greatest pleasure. Be well. ^j^ ANGEL ALERT Susan had her surgery yesterday and is doing fantastic. She slept most of yesterday,but was up and walking today, and is taking in her liquids pretty good. She is of course glad it is over. So now there is three, Stacy,Sharron,Susan Well made it wahooooo. We were all truely blessed. Welcome Susan to the Losing Side. LOVE YA GIRL
