MORE prayers for Carol needed: My roommate & I went to see Carol last evening & she was missing from her room. Hubby Eric & her kiddos were there & said they had taken Carol to icu... Here is the latest: From: Wand Family Sent: Wednesday, December 17, 2003 11:15 PM Subject: Update on Carol It was a long evening but Carol is resting well. Just after you all left we went down to ICU to be with Carol and her heart rate was back down to acceptable. The leak test didn't show anything and neither did the blood work. Dr. Cribbins wanted to make 100% sure there was no bleeding or infection and decided to do a quick surgical peek. He found nothing. A pulmonoligist examined her and did a sonogram of her legs to make sure there we no blood clots. None showed. The pulmonoligist thinks that her asthma meds may have triggered the racing heart. He changed her meds and she will spend the rest of the night in ICU. If everything stays as is she should be back in a normal room tomorrow. I'll keep you posted. Eric Wand
