Dear Kara~~~Welcome Back!! I was gone for a while also so when I see a face I remember I like to say hello. Great job on your weight loss. I am having an open VBG when my insuranse gets approved. Were you a sweets eater before surgery? If so, how are you handling not eating them now? God bless. PEACE

Kara, best wishes to you with your upcoming surgery. Drs. Shikora and Tarnoff (both wonderful) performed my Lap RNY on 1/14/02. As a matter of fact, I met with them and Allison this morning. Do let me know how you're doing as you progress.
