Cheesecake in a Mug, it doesn't get better than this! :))
I stumbled upon this recipe the other day and made one last night. All I can say is WOW, holy amazing!
A cheesecake in less than 2 minutes! It was sooooooooooooo unbelievably good!
I substituted the sour cream with Greek yogurt and the sugar with splenda. The cake is very dense and I only ate half and saved the other half for today and it's even better today than yesterday! :0)
Not sure if the stats will show up but here goes. Note, these don't include any toppings or mixins. This is just the basic cheesecake recipe. I used Philadelphia Neufchatel cream cheese and 0% Greek yogurt.
