Revision surgery??

JUST what I needed to see today. Thank you! I'm 9 years out and have had a 40-lb regain. It's been a nightmare. Got back on track with protein yesterday and am already feeling some relief. We've got this!

This is what I have been doing since 15OCT16, and I have lost 27+ of a 90 pound regain. Protein, lean meat, low carb veggies, water, EXERCISE - and work... This is my life right now. But that's what I need and what I want.
