What is everyone eating today?
Good day today... Took my oldest daughter (17) to the airport, she's flying to her college for orientation today. Big step for both mom and daughter to be away from each other.

Meal One- 1 canned peach half
Meal Two - 2 oz tuna mixed with dill pickle relish...couldn't finish
Meal Three - Ricotta Bake
Meal Four - Refried Beans with 1 T shredded cheese
Meal Five - Cottage Cheese
Also had a Syntrax Nectar Fuzzy Navel and may have a Proti-15 water at work, depending on my protein count at the end of the day.
V- none yet
W - need to work on keeping closer tabs on this - I'm paying less attention now that I'm eating food again.
E - No walk today, but hauling stuff from our house to the garage for our garage sale this weekend, so plenty active. Our whole town has a community yard sale, and its our first time participating, so that will be kind of fun.

S- 1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
L- chocolate/ peanut butter protein powder and skim milk
S- 1/4 cup egg substitute with little sprinkle of shredded cheese
D- chocolate/ vanilla protein powder and skim milk
v- complete
w- working on it, need to keep pushing
e- 3.22 miles of brisk walking
2 1/2 weeks out from surgery!
B: scrambled egg with peppers and mushrooms, ½ avocado
S: ½ cup home made yogurt with ¼ cup raspberries
L: chicken taco meat with ½ ounce cheese and pineapple salsa
S: home made beef jerky
D: Taco bowl at our favorite bar
W: right on
V: good to go
E: hiking at the beach today before we pick up our packet for the 5K we're walking in this weekend

5' 5" tall. VSG on August 4, 2015/ Starting weight 239.9/ Surgery weight 210.9/ Current weight 137.4/ Goal weight 140/ No longer overweight, now a NORMAL weight. Now that I'm at goal, it's time to move on to maintenance!!!!!!!!
