Whatcha Eating Today VSGers??? Saturday . . .
Happy Saturday everyone!! Hope everyone is having a great one. It's gonna be another hot day in SoCal, Bleh! I'm just trying to stay cool inside but be productive by cleaning & working out early.
B: 1.5oz. Carnitas & 1 over easy egg (maybe a sprinkle of cojita cheese), chipotle salsa
L: my own iced coffee with 1 scoop nectar cappuccino protein powder, sf toasted marshmallow syrup
D: Gorgonzola Steak w/ grilled asparagas
@ Z Tejas restaurant for another bday dinner with my sisters & several friends.
Water: none cuz I just rolled outta bed
Vits: I will be on track!
Exercise: 30 Day Shred, Level 1 - Day 5
The workout is getting better & a little easier everyday. I didn't wake up sore today so that's a good sign but when I do the squats, I swear I still want to just buckle to the floor BUT I won't.
I'VE GOT THIS!!!
Next up my peeps!! I'm going to get ready for my workout now!! ;-)

I am so behind on my food for the day - I've been busying around the house, looked up at 11:45 and thought ,"crap, I haven't had anything but coffee, I gotta eat something!" So......
B: 1/2 c Greek yogurt, 1/4 c. Blueberries, 1/4 scoop Nectar vanilla bean torte powder
L: 2 oz. grilled chicken breast, some kale chips
D: idk yet, probably more chicken breast & kale chips
S: 2 garlic stuffed olives, a wedge of LF laughing cow, maybe some seaweed snacks (oh my gosh, I can't get enough of this stuff!! I can't believe how much I like it! lol)
Good on fluids, on track with vites. Going to walk/run 3 miles here in a little while.

Exercise: Spent 2 hours on a Segway (sounds easy, but lots of bumps, balancing, core work - was harder than I thought, definitely just not "standing there") LOL. Might hit gym later though ;)
