Sample ideas

I am having surgery on the 17th of June and I want to order samples from different companies for after surgery. I figure I should order them now. What companies give out free or low costs samples?

Susan Marie sells individual flavors ala carte, a protein starter kit, and a sample kit that includes powders, liquid drinks, vitamins, etc. for about $40 (someone said they didn't like the samples, saying they felt they were trying to move slow sellers)
