Welcome to the VSG board!  The veterans of this board want to share a few links with you that will answer common questions and get you started on the way!  We will add and update this list frequently, so if you see this re-posted, please check it again as there may be updates.

These links represent questions we see frequently and tend to have thorough responses to answer those questions in the thread.  If you read these messages, you’ll be much more knowledgeable about what you are likely to see during your VSG experience.

Veterans, if you would like to add to this list, please PM me.  Feel free to copy and paste this message and link to the FAQ elsewhere or send to others to help answer questions for new members.

we all owe a big thank you to Sublimate for putting this list together as it contains lots of great information and must have taken quite a bit of effort. Those of us who have been hanging around here for awhile have seen new members ask similar questions again and again so its very helpful to have this information all together for the new people. You won't go wrong reading this stuff so check it out. Diane

Thanks...will check it out for sure.  I read the topics and am planning to go back in and read the details.  My experience with this website is that everyone is so very supportive of each other.  I have learned so much on my own journey.

I really wish we could get this stickied at the top of the forum. Time to hit up the requests and see what we can do.

Oh I could just KISS you!  This is SOOOO needed.  Maybe post this weekly.

Although us "old timers" are here to answer questions and give support, I personnaly don't click into the same old questions to respond time and again.  As a newbie, I did a search and looked for posts myself before asking a question.  And I lurked a while on OH and read everything I could before asking a question.

I do like the Smoothie King protein powder.  It's $45 a  jug but it's the best I've found and I've tried many!  People can try it at a Smoothie King before buying the whole jug.

Some people might not support my WLS decision.
Those people remind me of slinkys. Not good for much but it would would bring a smile to my face if someone pushed them down the stairs.
