Be controversial! What is something you hate, that others love?

I'm with you on the Pinterest thing. I despise it. I have gotten in the habit of using -pinterest in my google searches,especially when looking for recipes or home decor ideas (two things that appear to be prominent on pinterest), to avoid an accidental click.

I was with you on the cauliflower hate...and then someone had me try the tandoori cauliflower at the indian restaurant near my office in Colorado....I'm not convinced there was actual cauliflower, except I could see it, it was so good. So that is my only cauliflower exception. I tried it somewhere else thinking "oh maybe my tastes have changed" -- nope, all but that cauliflower is ick.

This Be Controversial post kind of goes along with a recent reading by Neil Gaiman: "Make mistakes. I HATE peanut butter! The smell, the consistency...yuck! And then they go and put it in chocolate! Why ruin a good piece of chocolate with PB? When I had to make lunch boxes for the kids growing up, and every other day they wanted PB&J, I literally would gag making the sandwich.

Fun fact: DH had to teach me how to make a PBJ, had never done it or eaten it before kids. So happy they are grown-ish now and they can make their own yucky PBJ.

ohhh, that's an interesting one - is it all nut butters or just PB? Yesterday I added PB2 to the creme brûlée light and fit and it was like having a peanut butter creme brûlée fancy dessert!

I don't mind almond/cashew butter, but I don't get them. It's something about consistency.

What you described as fancy does not appeal to me AT ALL! Love the creme burle but not with a PB flavor.

Creme brûlée light and fit? Daaaaamn. I've not seen that in my area. Freaking South Carolina-last in everything except racism and domestic abuse.

the only thing I hate about L&F is this crap where they only release some flavors in some areas! My favorite is the Boston Cream Pie but I can only get it when I'm visiting Tampa.

Boston Cream Pie is a flavor we have all the time here...lol. It is rather maddening, isn't it?

There's a company called Capella that sells unsweetened flavor drops, but the ones I bought don't have a great taste to them. They taste "manufactured", if that makes sense. I was super disappointed. I'd bought them so I could use the flavors in plain Greek yogurt. Maybe there are other brands out there somewhere-and you could find a Boston Cream Pie flavor?
