Who is ready for the next challenge... CAMAW

Hi everyone,

Who is ready for another challenge?  We did AMAW (All Meat all Week) and it was a huge success!  So who is up for a new challenge?  I am calling it CAMAW = Cheese and Meat All Week.  All the same "rules" apply as before.  We will have strict CAMAWs who only eat cheese & meat for each meal & snack and CAMAW Critter for those of you who are doing protein shakes, yogurt, eggs etc.

So who wants to join in the fun?  

To give us all time to stock our fridge & pantries with cheese & meat we will start this challenge on:

MONDAY MAY 23rd (it will run for 5 working days - May 23 - 27, all meals & snacks follow CAMAW)

And if you are asking what does cheese & meat look like to eat for all your meals and snacks, here are some examples:

Breakfast: bacon and cheese sticks

Lunch: ham & cheese melt

Dinner: steak with crumbled blue cheese on top

Snacks: jerky, deli meat & cheese roll ups, cheese sticks
