Thank you so much!  Even at close to 3 years out (had a band from June 08 - March 09 and had to use protein bars/shakes too), I still like to try new things!

I have found an outstanding go-to vanilla protein powder and bars, but I love trying new things and not buying a whole tub to find out upon opening it that it smells like vomit.  Or tastes like ass.  Or that a bar is loaded with sugar alcohols and not clearly marked as such (like pure protein).

Excellent way to try new things, and I wanted to add a few great resources I have found for shake recipes!
