I'm contemplating WLS, and I know RNY is the most comom procedure in the US. I Also know Fobi - Capella procedure is the most commom in Brazil (3rd country with most WLS). Are they different procedures?

Fobi is a variation.

Mason and Ito gastric bypass with gastric transection and loop gastrojejunostomy.

Griffen gastric bypass with horizontal gastric stapling with Roux-en-Y gastrojejunostomy.

Fobi gastric bypass with vertical gastric division with interposed Roux gastrojejunostomy and proximal silastic ring.

Does this help?

Here's some text that helps a bit more.  Keep in mind that the above are 5, 6 and 7 respectively:

The first major introduction of gastric procedures into the armamentarium of bariatric surgery was Mason's gastrointestinal bypass in 1966 Figure 5.
[56] The original procedure was modified by Alden with the use of staplers[57] and Griffen with the introduction of the Roux limb instead of a loop gastrojejunostomy Figure 6.[58] Numerous variations of the Roux gastric bypass followed, of which the Fobi procedure of dividing the upper pouch from the residual stomach vertically, adding a silastic ring restriction to the upper pouch, and separating the two gastric segments to prevent a gastro-gastric fistula, has gained popularity Figure 7.[59] I***** Wittgrove, Clark and Tremblay introduced laparoscopic gastric bypass.[60] In the USA, the laparoscopic approach now dominates over open surgery. Various modifications of the laparoscopic gastric bypass are performed with the following general principles:
