Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate
(they serve the "for real" version at 'bucks-- this one's sugar free, more RNY friendly! The Starbucks version, even with nonfat milk, is 400 calories, )

8 oz Ho****er
4 oz Hood Calorie Countdown Fat Free Milk
2 teaspoons Cocoa Powder
Big splash DaVinci or Torani Caramel
Fleur de Sel or table salt (a couple shakes)
3 packs Splenda

Pour DaVinci into BIG cup, add dry ingredients and stir until disssolved. All milk/ho****er. Stir and drink! Add whippage if you can afford it! And these 'bucks numbers are with nonfat milk AND no whipage!)

Welcome back!  We've missed you.  This recipe sounds great - we are still snowed in, so I'll give this a try.  I finally opened my box of CarbQuick and made pancakes and cheese biscuits.  Getting ready to try a biscuit now.

I do something similar with NSA hot chocolate mix and I add protein powder if I'm short for the day. It is delish. . .
