I modified the carbquick brownie recipe and a common jello-brownie recipe and made it WLS friendly. It is really moist and takes away any chocolate craving you might have.

Carbquik Jell-O Brownie Bites

½ cup egg beaters

¼ Cup milk

3 Tablespoon butter

¾ Cup splenda

½ Cup carbquick

1 Box sugar free/fat free chocolate jell-o pudding

½ Teaspoon baking soda

1/3 Cup unsalted soy nuts

1 ½  serving protein powder

Preheat oven to 350oF. Blend softened butter, milk, and splenda together. Add eggs and beat mixture until creamy. Add carbquick, pudding mix, baking soda, and protein powder. Mix well and fold in soy nuts. Place in an 8x8 baking dish sprayed with pam. Bake for 20minutes and let cool. Cut into 16 2inch squares.

ooohhh sounds great....the reason I have not made the carbquick brownies is because Nik said they were more cakelike....are these more "fudgy" with the pudding

Yum those sound wonderful!  I actually have everything here to make them too!  Unfortunately the only soynuts I have here are chocolate covered.  Oh wait, that's not unfortunate now it is?  Will definitely be making these tomorrow!
