Who are the best revision surgeons in new yorrk city. RNY to DS.

I don't think there is one right now, but Dr. Greenbaum in NJ is one of the best. Here's the list of DS surgeons and maybe some of them in NY do revisions, if so I just haven't heard about them. Here's the list of DS surgeons in NY & NJ and I know Greenbaum does revisions:

Greenbaum in NJ.  Period.

And Herron shouldn't be on that list anymore -- he doesn't do the DS.  The other NYers are not to my knowledge revision surgeons.

I live close to NYC, but chose Dr. Greenbaum down in Willingboro because of his experience and many satisfied patients. He's had experience with my particular RNY (with the added band on top) and revising it to the DS.

My husband was very impressed with Dr. Greenbaum and feels like I made the right choice. From what I understand, people travel up and down the eastern seaboard to see him. The nurse who was leading me through the pre-op counseling told me that she had recently seen a patient of his from North Carolina.

If you ask over on the DS board, there are about 3 or 4 names that come up nationwide as being the tops in RNY to DS revision surgery.
