Zucchini "lasagna"

I just made this recipe for dinner. It's one I found in the "Eating Well After Weight Loss Surgery" cookbook but I deleted a lot of stuff. Here it is...it was yummy! 2 medium zucchini 1.5 c marinara (I used Newman's own....best I could find w/low sugar no fat, etc...) 10 tbs light ricotta (do they make fat free? I couldn't find any) 2c fat free mozzarella garlic powder italian seasoning salt & pepper to taste Dice zucchini. Place in pan. Cover with sauce, ricotta and cheese, repeat. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes. Broil for last five to brown mozzarella. one half cup serving has: 87.4 cal 2.76 g fat 1 g sat fat 4 g cholesterol 445mg sodium 6.84 g carb .48 g fiber 9.46 g protein Enjoy! Katrina. 326/300/175
