Okay!! Help!! I want to change my avatar!! Computer geek wanted!!

Ok I hope you can understand what I am saying.  I know how to do this but not good at explaining.

1.  Find the pic you want and resize it to 100x100 pixels.    Here is a link to tutorial on how to resize pic if you aren't sure.

http://www.obesityhelp.com/content/phototutorial.html 2. Save the resized pic to someplace easy to remember. 3. Come into the forum and select user settings in the blue box to left of screen. 4. In My Avatar select Browse and then find your pic where you just saved it. 5. Then click on upload.    6. Scroll to bottom and click on Save and you are done.   You may not see change right away,  or you may need to clear your cache before it is visible to you.  To do this go to Internet Explorer Toolbar  select Tools > General > delete temp cookies > Ok.   There is short cut for this but for the life of me I don't remember it Good Luck!
