Back in hospital with infection

 So had RNY on friday last week, went home sunday and i knew by monday there was a problem, went back to humber river emerg , in horrifying pain and was admitted and in sugery by 9:15 pm.  

Apparently i had an abcess! Been here for 5 days and WOW and still in exruciating pain and high fever!!

This happen to anyone else??

 I am so sorry you had to go through that.  I will send prayers for a speedy recovery and no more problems.

I am so sorry that you are going through all of this. I certainly hope that you will recover soon and get back to your own bed. My surgery is on Tuesday. I hope that you are no longer there but if you are perhaps we will be roomies! What floor are you on?

 Thank you for your kind words, everyone with wls goes to 5th floor, im in 526, i wish you the best cause this is the worst pain ive ever experienced! Omg its totally dabilitating.

I'm glad you caught it in time and please ask for more pain meds.

There is no health benefit to feeling pain. Pain relief relaxes you and allows blood to flow better and your body to concentrate on healing not defending. Seriously!

People don't become addicted to meds in hospital.   (It is the home Rx's that kill you!)
