Hey, I FARTED!
I just FARTED (Found Another Reason To Exercise Diligently). I have dropped about 83 pounds in the past 11 weeks. I'm on target to be in the 90-95 pound range for my 3 month appointment.
It's amazing to think back that only 2 short months ago, i couldn't walk up a flight of stairs or walk for more than 5-10 minutes and be ready to pass out. Now I'm kicking out 2 miles walks with another 30 minutes of biking afterwards and by the time I get home from the gym, I'm ready for more!
I've started writing some of this stuff down. I'd like to compare it to how I feel and look sometime this summer.
Okay, I know I've mentioned all this before, but I really wanted to use my FARTED thing, hehe.

There are always reasons to exercise diligently.
Erik thanks for sharing. I would love to see a guys face when he open this board after work and sees all these ASS, FART, FARTED post. I bet he does a double take and starts scratching his head before he realizes what is going on. Let's just hope it scares away the women.
Someone make sure that Bob Hostetler gets the memo, he has several WOW moments

Congrats on the loss! Now this is just my opinion, but unless your 3'10", if you're in the "90-95 pound range" for your 3 month appointment I would have to say that maybe you've FARTED way too much!
I supposed at 90-95 pounds though, you could propel yourself up the steps or up the hill on your bike if you FARTED enough - that's kinda cool.
