We all love sharing photos, especially the updated ones showing off our weight loss.  To upload a photo in a post using a laptop.  

Go to:

MY OH

Photos

Upload the photo you want to post

Right click and copy link location

Click the add photo icon in the post you are creating    

Paste link in the source line and click OK
