What kind of help did you have after surgery?

Please complete my research survey (as seen in this month's newsletter), and help us learn more about what kind of help is currently available to patients after surgery and how we can make them better!

ObesityHelp members 18 years and older who had weight loss surgery between January 1, 2006 and July 1, 2010 are invited to participate in a research project survey about their surgical experience. If you had surgery between these times and were 18 years or older at the time of surgery, please follow the provided link to complete the survey. All survey responses are anonymous and confidential, and should only take about 15-20 minutes to complete.
