On a regular basis, BLIS will present on the pages of ObesityHelp, a certain set of data. This data will be derived from the results of the BLIS Surgeons, the cases they have reported to BLIS for coverage under their insurance with BLIS Insurance Company and the resultant complication related medical bill paid by BLIS. This data will include:

• Total number of bariatric surgical cases reported to BLIS
• The case mix, (type of bariatric surgical procedure)
• The frequency of complications occurring
• The total complication related medical bills for each type of procedure submitted to BLIS
• A breakdown of the bills by; Hospital, Other, (ancillary specialist, anesthesiologist, physical therapy, prescription medications, etc).

The BLIS information will not contain any specific information pertaining to the BLIS Bariatric Surgeon?s name, their patient or the hospital/surgery center facility. Additional data will be presented over time. As part of the regular presentation, you as an active participant in the ObesityHelp website, will have an opportunity to request data elements as they become available.
