Atlanta Georgia anyone?

Hello!   I'm just curious is anyone else from Atlanta, Ga?

I thought it might be fun to create a Gay & Lesbian social group for WLS patients.

All shapes, sizes, genders would be welcomed.  Singles or married couples.

We could get together and share stories of success, failures and daily struggles and do things together like working out, walks in the park (or the malls) shopping, movie days, etc.

Thoughts to those of you in or around Atlanta?

 

Not in Atlanta, but in Nashville.

Sometimes I wish that I was closer, I LOVE ATLANTA!!  (Will likely be down again in the summer and do the usual tourist stuff like Six Flags)

Up here in Nashville we have a monthly "Lunch Bunch" that I go to.  It is not just Gay, but anyone in the middle TN area, any hospital, surgery, etc (usually a bunch of middle aged women, but they are fun!).  Might want to look into that as well in your area.

Do you ever go to TBRU (Texas Bear Round Up)?

hey buddy, never been to Texas bear Round Up but I am going to be in Dallas next week.   True Results wants me to be one of their sucess stories on their new website.   I'll be there Friday the 15th - 17th and plan on visiting the Round Up while I am there Saturday night!  (maybe Friday too!)  Are you in Dallas?

Nope, I'm in Houston.  I am going to Dallas for the TBRU weekend because it's an eye candy fest for my boyfriend. .. (I'm trying to be nice to him because I want a puppy)

Hey Jaime - I'm in the Atlanta area. I'd definitely be interested in some kind of thing. I am still about 4 months to my surgery (in my 6 month CIGNA diet period) but any mutual support, before or after I am game for.

Hey man!  yes, for sure.   I spoke to a guy on Bear411 as well who would be interested.  So far its 3, maybe 4 of us but we could make it grow.   Congrats on making the choice to go for it!    Are you on Bear?   Look me up...  BeefyGuy4You
