Urgent Request for Info. for my sister Nannette!!!

Hi all! My name is Michelle.  I am Nannettes sister. She had her revision of RNY to DS on Aug.15th in NY. She was sent back to the hospital this past weekend because of pnumonia and constant throwing up but is doing better today. She has asked me to reach out to you to get help. PLEASE:
WE NEED THE CPT DIAGNOSIS CODE FOR;  REVISION OF RNY TO DS.

I don't believe there is a specific code for revisions.  You could call Roslin's office and ask them how they billed it.

If I remember correctly, I think Nannette was a self pay.  I am looking at what I got from my insurance company for my revision.  I think these are the CPT codes that they used:

These are in order on my statement according to highest dollar amount to lowest dollar amount.  Not sure if this will help.


Laparoscopy, surgical:  44202
Gastric restrictive:  43845
Laparoscopic cholecystectomy:  47562
