Hey you guys, there are a lot of newbies on here lately and I thought that for their sakes and for those of us who have been MIA with shakes for a while, we could do a round up of the "recipes" we like, eg how to make them taste good, spice them up or the holidays or just make them more palatable!!
I'll do my current fav: Pumpkin Spice Protein coffee

I pour some H&H into my blender ball, add 2 scoops of anywhey unflavoured protein powder and 3 big squirts of Torani sf Pumpkin pie syrup, shake it all up and pour into my big old mug which is 3/4 full of brewed coffe, stir. Then add some readi whip and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice. Enjoy!

Holiday peppermint Mocha:

Pour some H&H in blender ball, add 2 scoops anywhey unflavoured protein powder and 3 big squirts of  davinci sf chocolate syrup and some sf peppermint syrup (to taste, depends how minty ya like it), shake it up and pour into hot brewed coffee, add some rediwhip and some coco powder on top.

Come on, lets share some recipes for keeping our fun levels and poein numbers up!!

I'm going to try this one - sounds more like a traditional smoothie, I'm getting a little tired of my super-sweet vanilla powder, so this might be just the ticket!

According to all known laws of aviation, there is no way that a bee should be able to fly. Its wings are too small to get its fat little body off the ground. The bee, of course, flies anyway. Because bees don’t care what humans think is impossible. (Bee Movie)

I mix one Myoplex RTD (ready to drink) shake.... either Rich Dark Chocolate or French Vanilla with a shot of espresso or coffee, over ice, with about an inch of milk or half and half.

Mixed with the Rich Dark Chocolate, it tastes like an iced mocha.  Mixed with the French Vanilla, it tastes like an iced vanilla latte.

I like to mix my chocolate protein shake with 1/2 & 1/2 and a couple of tablespoons of cheesecake flavored sugar free pudding and then freeze it in my small Hamilton Beach ice cream freezer.  The container sits in my freezer all the time, just waiting for me to decide I want this.   (no ice or salt is needed to freeze it).    The protein shake comes out just like soft serve & tastes ooooo soooo good.    I like chocolate, but have done vanilla protein with chocolate sf pudding or vanilla with lemon sf pudding, etc.   Your only limits are your imagination.

Here's one I just tried the other day, not bad at all:

Peanut Butter Cup

2 scoops chocolate protein powder
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter (chunky is fine)
8 oz water, half n half, or heavy cream with water, or milk ( I use water)
5 ice cubes ( I love it thick thick)

Blend in blender and serve. Yummy!

My favorite is Champion Pure Whey Stack Chocolate, 2 scoops, with 10 oz water, a few glugs of SF English Toffee, and about 1.5 teaspoons instant decaf coffee. Blend in shaker cup, and drop a ton of ice in it. Nomnomnom! You can also use other SF syrups. I combine english toffee with hazlenut or vanilla, just to mix things up.
