Come on guys. I'm tired of reading post complaining about not being at goal but I'm 20 years out, or I've gained my weight back, or I'm not toned but I ain't been to the gym in 10 years. No more excuses!! Let's do the damn thing!!!

Seriously, if you can hire a PT! They'll switch it up for you each session and target a differnet area each time. You will start seeing results after 2-3 weeks. My curves are very defined thanks to my PT.
