ND2BTHN - Glad to hear you are doing okay and everything went well. Luckily, I will only have an hour flight home, as I live in PHX.
I am not a pain med kinda person - typically don't take it unless I absolutely have to. I've been taking Nyquil the last couple of weeks - had strep throat, followed by a URI - and that knocks me out less than an hour of taking it (doesn't help that I don't measure it out, but drink it from the bottle, LoL!). So, I am thinking that I may stay away from pain meds as much as possible - although I've read and been told that I should ask for the spinal.
I have read that gas and reflux are two of the biggest issues post surgery. Have you been using Gas-X strips? I planned on purchasing some.
The red/pink marks may be due to your bodies natural reaction to trauma, or maybe an allergic reaction to something you've taken.?.
Anyhow, I'm glad that you are still excited about your future!!!
