SF STRAWBERRY JELLO CAKE W/ WHIP TOPPING

COOL, LIGHT AND YUMMY!!!

' I was required to bring a 'desert' to work this evening, and I had this before, and knew how yummy it was, so I thought I would share with ya'll. I mainly make this during the spring/summer time of the year, just because it is light, cool, and refreshing. '  ENJOY :~)

1 BOX SUGAR FREE WHITE CAKE MIX
*BAKE AS DIRECTED*
1 BOX OF SUGAR FREE STRAWBERRY JELLO MIX
*MIX AS DIRECTED*
1 LARGE CARTON OF 'FREE' WHIP TOPPING

BAKE CAKE, LET COOL.
MIX JELLO, PLACE ASIDE.
POKE HOLES IN TOP OF CAKE W/ TOOTHPICK
POUR JELLO OVER THE TOP OF CAKE
PUT IN THE FRIDGE FOR ABOUT 30 MINS
TAKE OUT OF FRIDGE, COVER TOP W/ WHIP TOPPING
THEN FRIDGE AGAIN FOR ABOUT AN HOUR.

ENJOY!!!!!!!

Where did you find sugar free white cake mix? Its going to be a loooonnng time until I have something like that, but am super curious, I haven't seen mixes out there that were pre-made cake mixes!

I found it in the 'cake mix' aisle at the local grocery store... Pillsbury brand... They make 'reduced sugar', and also 'sugar free'.... I use SF, and it is delicious.... Bu****ch it, that sugar alcohol can get to your tummy, if you have too much!!!
