I've gone to my local supplement store (like The Vitamin Shoppe) and asked if they had any samples. I explained that I had had surgery and they were very helpful. Not sure they will all do that though...

Can anyone tell me what the Nectar taste like. I have seen a few people talk about it and loked it up. I see tat have a few different flavors and was curious about the taste. Thanks for all the websites and suggestions.

They have lots of 'fruity' flavors that are good mixed with water, crystal light, or some other type of diet juice. I actually really enjoy the brand: I purchased Lemon Tea, Cappuccino, and Vanilla Bean. They also have a kickin' deal (one of the other people whom responded has the deets) where you can try all the flavors for $13, which I recommend b/c you can sample them for yourself.

I'm out of Lemon Tea, so I think I'm going to get a jug of Twisted Cherry, which was up there on my list.

Funniest things with protein, is no one can tell you what to like... its all subjective! So just try and get as many samples as possible!

Congratulations on your upcoming surgery tomorrow. My taste did NOT change after I had my WLS. I do hear all the time that the tastes do change. Mine did not. If you have a Vitamin Shoppe nearby they have some individual samples. GNC may also. Good luck to you.
