O.K.   It's back in the news again.

(and folks,  anticipating any more flaming over this subject from my past post on it, be aware that I'm not advocating that anyone go on it, including myself  ..  Just putting the information and story out there for your consideration, or amusement, to do wtih as you will:

I really don't think it's a good idea for you to keep posting stuff like this.

For one thing, not everyone knows that this kind of thing doesn't work.

For another, it has a tendency to be very confusing to people.

It's hard enough to be dealing with surgical decisions and contemplating the changes that are going to take place after surgery without having nonsense like this posted every few days.

Really. It's not helpful. It's detrimental.

Just sayin'...

I usually leave you alone but I have to agree with Jeni.  I think you are not doing noobs any favors by posting this stuff.  They are desperate and they will try anything while waiting for approval for surgery.  This is a waste of money and it's just not fair.

Please P, stop doing this.  Please?

I must agree with you because I am waiting to have my surgery and want to lose some weight prior but I know these fad diet do not work. I had tried them for many years and all I ended up gaining from it was WEIGHT. I feel the best thing to do is follow the advise of the nutritionist. I have lost 19lbs so far prior to surgery.

Only if you buy 20 bags of the Sugar Free ones, and eat them all at once.

Cause then all the sugar alcohols will hit and you'll never want to eat a cookie (or much else) again..

Well, I would think he would stand more on his own two feet than let other people make up his mind for him, but that's our Scottie, Sofa   ..

btw, isn't he the one always bragging about eating cookies and how his surgery lets him do that?

I think he just chooses to hide out from me on OH now, like he does in real life ..       So be it   ..

I have noticed all your posts seem to be "what do you think about___" Why is this?
