I found this at Wal mart, so way I found a pita bread and a wrap made by "Joseph's" The pita has 60 cal sper serving and the wrap has 50 cals. Here is the breakdown on the nuts. ( the only difference between the two are the 10 cals) It is made with Flax, Oat bran. and whole wheat flour.

wrap

50 cals  15 from fat
2 grams of fat
sat a 0g
trans fat 0g
cholesteral 0mg
sodium 260mg (a little high??)
total carps 7g
dietary fiber 3g = net carbs 4g
sugars 0g
protien 5g

This seems like a win win to me people let me know if you see a negitive I am missing. I isn't wonder bread but it bets pain turkey all the time.

Looks great!  The nutritional label looks very very good!  Good find!

I've found the Joseph's at BJs as well.  It's called lavash bread there.  The ones at BJs come in huge sheets that are 2 servings each.  They're great for making post-op pizzas if you have more than 2 mouths to feed!

Thanks for the great info!
I had found pita breads at the commissary (on post) and thought they were a great alternative to bread, but these are even better! Unfortunately I looked for them at my two locale Wal-Marts and they didn't have them....wonder if I could request them??? Might try our health food stores too..

Thanks again sweety!

I LOVE those! I find them in the deli section of Walmart (on the little counter in front of the meat section). They make really good pizza crusts, too, if you brown them a little before putting your toppings on.
