2 Month Post Op Update WITH photos!
cking is kind of addictive after a while truthfully =) Hey Everyone! Just wanted to post my 2 month update. I had a great month and am down 40lbs total! I lost another 10.25 inches (4.25 which were from my waist alone!) And I am feeling awesome. I workout at least 5 days a week, squeezing in a 6th day every now and again and training hard for my first 5K of the year on April 20th. I have an awesome running buddy who helps keep me honest and we have committed to one race a month from April-October culminating with a 10K race in November! I am still tracking diligently on MFP and am determined not to lose my "days tracking" status! I think tracking has become a little addictive, which I don't think is a terrible thing. Still keeps my calories under 700, although most days its under 600, with proteins very high and carbs below 40 but today started less than 30. I still struggle with the carb monster now and again...she rears her ugly head during my PMS weeks (which has also been my lowest weight loss week both months now...im mentally preparing myself that this might be the case from here on out.) But my MFP pals have given me some great advice and tips on combating this! Thanks for all the support!
