Hi 2muchfluff...

These have been my favorites:

Chocolate Peanut Butter protein brownies

1/2 cup oats, blended in blender to flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 and 1/2 cup
whey protein powder
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk
2 egg whites
1 Tablespoon sugar free chocolate syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup natural peanut butter
1/2 - 1 cup water

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Blend oats until flour.  Add remaining dry ingredients.  Mix egg whites, chocolate syrup, vanilla and peanut butter in large bowl.  Add dry ingredients.  Slowly add water until "gooey". (this does not turn into a batter; it is very thick in consistency).  Pour into 9x9 pan lined with wax paper.  Bake for 15 minutes.  Remove from pan and cool on cooling rack.  Cut into 8 bars.  Refrigerate.

STRAWBERRY & BANANA MEAL REPLACEMENT BARS

Makes 6 bars
1 cup raw oatmeal
5 scoops of strawberry
protein powder ( 90g of protein)
1/4 cup fat free cream cheese
1/2 cup non fat dry milk powder
2 egg whites
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 bananas, mashed
2 tsp. canola oil (this is the secret to moist bars instead of the traditional dry bar)

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray a 9x9 square pan with cooking spray & set aside. In a medium bowl combine oatmeal,
Protein powder & dry milk. Set aside. In another bowl beat together with an electric hand mixer, cream cheese, egg whites, bananas, water & oil. Add the oat mixture & continue to beat until the two are combined. Pour batter into the prepared pan & bake for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

I make yummy protein balls - same thing really, but smaller size.

My recipe is pretty loose - I just adjust quantities as I go if the mix seems too dry or too wet.

The base is 1 cup of peanut or almond butter and 1 1/2 cups chocolate protein powder, plus sugar free sweetener to taste.

I add one or more of the following:

Chocolate whey protein crisps
Ground flaxseed
chopped nuts
oatmeal
a handfull of dried fruit, chopped

I just stick it in the mixer and mix it all together, then shape into walnut sized balls and keep them bagged up in the freezer.

Thanks, guys.  I am going to give some of these a try.  And, Margo, yours sounds really easy and yummy.  I may try that one first, as I have all the ingredients on hand.

Well, I tried Margo's recipe, but I cut it down to a smaller size in case it was a flop.  I also made a few changes as I went along.

This is what I used:
4 TBS peanut butter
I rounded scoop Gold Standard chocolate protein powder
2 tsp cocoa powder
2 TBS chopped pecans
1 TBS sugar free carmel syrup
2 TBS fat free hood milk

I put the milk in because it was too dry to form anything out of.  It turned out a little sticky so I may cut the milk down to 1 TBS next time. (Also need to add a little more SF syrup to next batch).   I sprayed a piece of saran wrap with cooking spray and turned the mixture onto this, then formed it into a kind of log so that I could evenly divide it.  I divided it into 8 portions.  Each portion contains the following:

Calories:77
Fat: 7
Carb: 3.25
Protein: 5
Thank you all for your help!
